The under mentioned persons have been appointed as Members of PTA at Little Flower Model Sr. Sec. School, Gehri Mandi, Amritsar to have effective interaction between teachers – parents and students and to deal with problems relating to them in the school. Regular meetings are held to keep the parents abreast of academic performance of their wards.

The Parent-Teacher Meetings are a regular feature of the school. The teachers discuss with the parents the ways and means to ensure further progress of the child in studies. The following things are usually discussed:

- Class Work, periodical academic achievements or tests and leave record.
- The behaviour of the student at school and at home.
- General habits and company of the students.
- Scholastic & Co-Scholastic achievements are discussed

| Following points must also be kept in mind: |
- Parents must visit the school on Parent-Teacher Meeting Day along with their ward in School Uniform.
- The presence of those parents is compulsory whose ward fails to obtain passing grades.
