| Registration, Admission and Withdrawl |

- Registration for admission to Nursery & K.G. is done for children of age 3 & 4 years as on 1st April.
|
- Pupils coming from a recognised school must produce the School Leaving Certificate. In case of Inter-State transfers, the certificate should be countersigned by the Inspector of schools.

- The enrolment form and other necessary papers must be filled in with due care by parents / guardian. The date of birth recorded in the enrolment form cannot be changed later.
|
- A clear calendar month's notice in writing or one month's fee in lieu thereof must be given before pupil can be withdrawn.
|
- All dues have to be cleared before a School Leaving Certificate is issued. In respect of withdrawals in May, the fee for June will also be charged.

Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
(a) Indiscipline,
(b) Unsatisfactory progress in studies,
(c) Non-payment of fees

| Withdrawal Policy |

| The following categories of the students may not be allowed to continue in the school:- |
- Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unable to profit from the educational programme of the school.
- Those whose fee is not paid in time.
- Those whose behaviour and conduct in the opinion of the principal/teacher is harmful to the interest of the school.
- Those who fail twice in the same class and are below average.
- Withdrawal/ Transfer in the month of March will not be accepted. School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report Card will not be issued until all dues are cleared, Duplicate copies are issued only after verification and on the payment of an amount decided by the school as Duplicate Certificate Fee.
