Rules and Regulations
- Every student is expected to attend his/her classes regularly and punctually.
- Absence without leave is seriously viewed and concerned students will be fined as per rules.
- If a student remains absent without leave for six consecutive days, his/her name will be struck off the rolls. He/She would be re-admitted after paying all the dues with re-admission fee.
- For any kind of leave, a leave application must be submitted by the parents.
- Absence because of sickness must be supported with Medical Certificate. Students are allowed to attend the school after any infectious disease by producing a fitness certificate from an authorized doctor.
- All students are expected to attend classes on the opening day after each of the vacations and on the closing day before the vacation.
- No student is allowed to leave the class after coming to the school until and unless there is an acute emergency for which permission of the Principal will be essential.
- Half Day is not allowed.
Rules regarding Attendance
- 90% attendance is compulsory for all the students from Nursery to VII and IX Std.
- For appearing in the Annual Examination. In VIII, X Std. and XI Std 85% attendance is compulsory as per the PSEB norms for appearing in the Annual Examination.
- Leave application should be sent in advance in case of absence from school, except on ground of sudden illness. The name of the student will be removed from the rolls after continuous absence of six days without information and he/she may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal. Students must put in 75% of attendance before they can be declared eligible for their final examination. A student returning to school, after suffering from an infectious disease shall produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/her to do so.
